Address: Fl. 3, No. 52, Mingde Rd., Hsindien City, Taipei County, e-map.
 

By bus: Take bus lines 642, 643, 644, 252, 10, 648, 650, Green 1, Green 7, Green 8, Green 10 and Green 15, and get off at the ¡§Hsin Tian Post Office¡¨ stop.

 
By MRT: Take Hsin Tian Line, get off at ¡§Chi Zhang¡¨ stop, pass through ¡§No.2¡¨ exit and to the left go forward, turn left to Minzu Road when you see Dafeng Gas Station, and go forward for another ten meters and you will see the sign of this Foundation.
