3. Life Warriors¡¦ Dream-Fulfilling Action: Host book publication, book show, concert, or dream-fulfilling travels in and out of the country for Life Warriors around the world.

4. Recommend the candidates for the Fervent Global Love of Lives Medal, Fervent Global Love of Lives Literary Composition Award, and Melody of Hope Award to this Foundation at any time, and inform us in time of any one who requires the most help and caring.
