The Chou Ta Kuan Cultural and Educational Foundation delegation sends love to the Hermann Karl Hesse International Association and Calw Children's Cancer Foundation, exchanging gifts and donating Chou Ta Kuan’s posthumous work "I Still Have One Leg" and Taiwanese gifts.

The delegation meets with the Ostelsheim city government, hosting the event: "Taiwan's Love, Germany's Affection—Transnational Presentation of the Global Love of Life Medal to Syrian-German Refugee Mayor Ryyan Alshebl and German Angel Mayor Clemens Goetz and Isabel Goetz," along with a charity performance and press conference.

The delegation visits the Black Forest refugee camp. Chou Tian Guan, Deputy Executive Director of the Cross-Strait and International Exchange Center, performs several Taiwanese folk songs to cheer up the refugees. They donate Chou Ta Kuan’s posthumous work "I Still Have One Leg" and Taiwanese gifts, and engage in in-depth exchanges with the refugees through ten-year volunteer structural engineer LiLi.

The delegation visits the FKK Children’s Cancer Foundation (Forderkreis Krebskranke), exchanging ideas with the head, Mike Coils, and donating Chou Ta Kuan’s posthumous work "I Still Have One Leg" and Taiwanese gifts. They also visit the "House of Love" and discuss forming a sister association.

The delegation is invited to participate in the Black Forest Carnival, interacting with local Black Forest residents, Shen De, president of the Shen De Translation Company, and overseas Chinese artist Zhao Haijie and his family. They donate Chou Ta Kuan’s posthumous work "I Still Have One Leg" and Taiwanese gifts.

The delegation visits the Calw city government, exchanging ideas on the diversity and internationalization of NGOs with Mayor Dr. Florian Klind. They donate Chou Ta Kuan’s posthumous work "I Still Have One Leg" and Taiwanese gifts.
Sending Love to France

The delegation visits Strasbourg, including the Council of Europe, the European Court of Human Rights, the Group of States against Corruption, the European Corps, the European Audiovisual Observatory, and the European Parliament, among others. Strasbourg, known as the "second capital" of the EU, faces Baden-Württemberg in Germany across the Rhine River. The Strasbourg Cathedral was the tallest building in the world in the 12th century.

In the morning, the delegation visits the Spanish Representative Office, exchanging ideas with Ambassador Zhang Junfei, Head Ye Changchun, and Global Love of Life Medal recipient, Spanish paraplegic congressman Francisco Vañó Ferre. Chou Tian Guan performs several Taiwanese folk songs to cheer up all the staff, and they donate Chou Ta Kuan’s posthumous work "I Still Have One Leg" and Taiwanese gifts.
In the afternoon, the delegation visits the Spanish Spinal Cord Injury Foundation, exchanging ideas with the Director of the Madrid City Government Transportation Bureau (who hosts the "Barrier-Free Environment Promotion Project"), the President of the Spanish Spinal Cord Injury Foundation and Global Love of Life Medal recipient, wheelchair congressman Ignacio Tremiño Gómez, paraplegic congressman Francisco Vañó Ferre, and representatives of NGO organizations. Chou Tian Guan performs several Taiwanese folk songs to cheer up the foundation’s people with disabilities, and they donate "Modern Don Quixote," Chou Ta Kuan’s posthumous work "I Still Have One Leg," and Taiwanese gifts.
Sending Love to Portugal

The delegation visits the Afghan Music School and Afghan Women's Symphony Orchestra, meeting with Ahmad Sarmast, known as the father of Afghan music, exchanging musical experiences. They donate Chou Ta Kuan’s posthumous work "I Still Have One Leg" and Taiwanese gifts, and sincerely invite all sectors at home and abroad to sustainably support the school and allow Afghan music to be shared with the world.
