Taiwan Love. European Compassion — Chou Ta-Kuan Cultural and Educational Foundation sends love to Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, and UK.
Dates: May 30 to June 16, 2019
1. Sends Love to the Embassy of Czech Republic, meeting with Ambassador Wang Chung-yi to discuss "Promoting Global Love of Life Series Charity Events", requesting recommendations for Czech heroes of love of life to visit Taiwan for awards and caring for life matters, and commemorating Pavla Tich, the 2008 Global Love of Life Medal recipient from Czech Republic, who was a cancer charity activist.

Mr. Chou Chin-Hua (Founder of Cultural and Educational Foundation) and his group send love to Czech Republic, with full support from Ambassador Wang ChungYi.
2. Sends Love to Austria, exchanging with David Schubert, volunteer team leader at the University of Vienna: recommending Austrian Paralympic athletes for the Global Love of Life Medal, and meeting with Kristina Tsvetanova, the 2019 Global Love of Life Medal recipient from Bulgaria for the blind.

Mr. Chou Chin-Hua (Founder of Cultural and Educational Foundation) and his group send love to Austria, with active support from David Schubert, volunteer team leader at the University of Vienna.
3. Sends Love to Germany, meeting with Consul General Hsu Tsung-ming to facilitate more charity events with Felix Finkbeiner, the 2016 Global Love of Life Medal recipient from Germany known as the Earth Angel, and jointly organized with the German representative office to spread Taiwan's love.

4. Sends Love to UK, congratulating Martin Pistorius, the 2017 Global Love of Life Medal recipient from South Africa residing in UK, on his recent success, discussing the publication of his autobiography picture book, and welcoming him to speak in Hong Kong in 2019, and visiting Taiwan for an event.

Director Chou Shang-Guan and Deputy Director Chou Tian-Guan of International Exchange Center Chou Ta-Kuan Foundation exchange with students and teachers from the School of Oriental and African Studies and Royal Veterinary College at the University of London — sustainably promoting the "Global Love of Life Movement".
