Liao Chian-Hui, female, Taiwanese, born in 1979, graduated from Medicine Department, National Taiwan University. She ranked top first in the entrance examination in 1997, thus strengthening the confidence of indigenous people for schooling; she was also highly recognized by the people from all circles due to her far-reaching ambition for the benefit of the indigenous people.
