A fair child to become a global leader of tomorrow
Sandra Jimenez Loza, female, born in 1986 in Mexico, founder of “Children’s Council of Mexico”. She was awarded the golden medal of “The Courage, Strength and Team Spirit of Mexico” in 1995 and the bronze medal in the next year, both of which are national medals. In 1997, she was appointed as a speaker for children’s rights by “United Nations Children's Fund(UNICEF)”. In 2000, she was appraised by Ambassador Roger Moore of UNICEF, and also appointed as a “good-will ambassador of UNICEF.
Sandra was suffered from cerebral palsy, but good at organization of activities when she was only 7 years old. She believed that disability was a gift of the God and also a challenge to the human life. When the people are not puzzled for having a difficult horse, the challenge will become a motive to success.
Sandra often conducted her social welfare work in cooperation with the medium, thereby reminding the public of thinking much of the disabled. Therefore, she established “Children’s Council of Mexico”. In January, 1999, she gave a subject lecture at the “world future leader summit” held in Mexico as a leader of Mexican children. She won the support and encouragement of the Nobel Peace laureate Jody Williams, Lech Lalesa, Oscar arias and Desmond Tutu who were present at that time.

In collaboration with non-government organizations from 26 countries (including “International Organization for Children Liberation” of Canada), a “Drawing for the peace of Kosovo” was held in April, 1999, creating positive response from the international community. In addition to sending love to the children in Kosovo, she organized an activity of sending one letter and one picture of a person to the military leaders of the rival sides--cease fire, peace, saving the children. Starting from January, 2000, “Children’s Council of Mexico” established by Sandra actively developed many public welfare activities at home and abroad to win rights for the children with the support of various circles in Mexico.
