Creating the dignity of life with efforts
      Lan Yueh-Han, male, born in 1964 in Kaohsiung, died in 2007. He was suffered from pyrexia of unknown origin from 2 years-old: panatrophy, disarticulation, physical deformation, blindness. But, Yueh-Han met the challenges of destiny with strong willpower, trying to live a more meaningful life.
       Lan Yueh-Han was expert at writing, painting, pottery and music, and recognized as the chief drummer of Kiwi Band and first life pottery maker. More importantly, Yueh-Han took delight in helping the disadvantaged societies by donating more than NT$1 million to them, thus setting a good example for the disabled.
      Due to panatrophy and serious deformation, Yueh-Han had to learn drum playing for maintaining his health. With fear of physical limitation, Yueh-Han presented his hope of life with dynamic Jazz drum.
Every pottery work reflects the talent and effort of Yueh-Han! Notwithstanding the loneliness and helplessness, he never gave up but endeavored to create pottery works of abundant vital force.
