 Lai Fang-Chun, female, Taichung City, born in 1980, graduated from Ming Dao Junior High School. She suffered from a congenital hearing problem, but finally decided to learn in the Foreign Language Department, and always ranked among the top listings; she also won the first prize in 400m relay race, and took pleasure in serving the other classmates.
